Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with our product(s) we will be happy to accept returns.  A full refund, less the original shipping costs will be given for all unused products once the product is received and inspected.  If you wish to exchange for other products please include that with your return.

Shipping and Handling

​

Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimension and destination using USPS.  Additional shipping methods are available and must be requested in the original order or via e-mail or phone.

​

UPS, FedEx, Priority or Express services are available for additional fees.

​

International Shipping time in transit varies depending on the individual recipient nation. 

 

Tracking becomes unavailable once the package leaves the USA. 

 

Generally, packages with a European destination take between 10-14 days.  Canada, Hawaii and Alaska generally take 10 days.

Near Asia such as Turkey, Asia and South East Asia and the Middle East transit times vary and generally take 14 days.

 

Handling fees are generally included in the original pricing unless otherwise disclosed as an additional fee.

All art found here is protected and cannot be reproduced in any form without written permission. 

 

All photographs are licensed from David Sinclair and may not be used without expressed permission from us, H2O-Toos, LLC, the licensee.

If art is found to be reproduced without our expressed written permission a cease and desist letter will be issued and legal action will be initiated.

Privacy Policy

 

We collect the following data in order to complete each sale;

 

Your email address, first and last name, billing and shipping address and credit card information. 

 

Phone numbers are optional and credit card information is deleted from our system the moment payment is processed and captured.  The only credit card data that is retained in our records are the last 4 digits of the card used in the original sale.

 

E-mail and physical mailing addresses are maintained in our systems for direct advertising purposes only.
